1. Where is Hemgravens BnB located?

We are located in Nedansjö, near Stöde, about 2.5 miles (4 km) west of Sundsvall along the E14. The St. Olavsleden trail runs along the Ljungan River, just 1.2 km from our property.

2. What types of rooms do you offer?

We have four rooms: Two rooms with double beds One small single room One slightly larger single room (dog-friendly option available) Additionally, we have a guest cottage with one single bed.

3. Is breakfast included?

Yes! Breakfast is included in all stays, along with fresh bed linen, towels, and cleaning.

4. Are pets allowed?

Yes, we are dog-friendly. A small fee applies for dogs, and we provide a dog bed and bowl.

5. Are there kitchen facilities?

Guests can use the shared kitchen to cook their own meals. The guest cottage also has a fridge, microwave, kettle, and basic kitchenware.

6. Are bathrooms shared?

Yes, all rooms share two bathrooms at the main BnB. Cottage guests are also welcome to use the BnB’s bathrooms.

7. Can you store bicycles safely?

Yes, we can arrange bike storage. Bikes can also be chained outside the property if needed.

8. Do you offer luggage transport?

Yes, luggage transport can be arranged depending on availability.

9. Can I buy meals onsite?

While we don’t currently have a full kitchen permit to serve meals, we can possibly provide lunch boxes for purchase. There is also a barbecue in the village (Nedansjögrillen) for guests to use.

10. Is this property suitable for hikers and cyclist?

Absolutely! The St. Olavsleden trail is only 1.2 km away, making it a convenient stop for hikers and nature lovers.
